Project Manager – Digital Transformation & Smart Manufacturing (Germany – Remote)

The Role

As a Project Manager, you will be the central coordinator for complex, cross-functional automation and digital transformation projects. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading multi-disciplinary teams across automation, IT-OT integration, data science, and manufacturing
  • Managing the full project lifecycle from initiation through to delivery and closure
  • Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client expectations
  • Coordinating with global client stakeholders from shop floor to executive level
  • Overseeing budgets, resources, risks, and project governance
  • Driving value realization for clients by achieving measurable improvements in KPIs such as OEE, yield, and downtime reduction

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years’ experience delivering industrial automation or digital transformation projects
  • Strong track record managing multi-stakeholder programs in manufacturing environments
  • Experience working with automation, IoT/OT technologies, and manufacturing systems
  • International, multi-site project experience
  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile certification strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or Industry 4.0/5.0 concepts is a plus
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
