Meet our founder, Michael Frankland
Over the years, I have placed well over 150 individuals across 6-continents and 40 countries. I have a network of 13,500+ individuals in the factory automation market and have worked with a combination of multinational organisations and innovative start-ups looking to scale up with speed.
My approach is built on working in an extremely proactive partnership with clients and candidates to achieve results, stretching beyond a fixation on short-term transactional goals and adding real value to a recruitment process.
