An opportunity to join a 90+ year old system integrator in an engineering leadership function! In this role, you’ll be responsible for all things controls and automation within the business, leading a dedicated team of 7 (plus contractors) on projects across the entirety of the US. You’ll form part of the leadership team, most of whom are new to the business, shaping the future of the organisation as they aim to grow from a $20M business to a $100M business through both organic and in-organic growth.

What are we looking for?

• Strong controls and automation experience. You need to be able to train the team.
• Strong understanding of running projects. Timing and resource planning should be strong points.
• A great communicator and able to lead the team.
• Based in the Chicago area (Hanover Park is where the office is)
• US Citizen/Green-card. We cannot offer sponsorship for this role.

• Up to $156K in fixed salary, with some flex for the right candidate
