Frankland Automation is currently working with a large global automation business that is the market leader in providing automation design, installation, and support to the data centre industries. We’re looking for a candidate to be based in the Frankfurt area, who will assist on sites both locally and across the EU.

In this role, you’ll help the project team design, install, and test automation systems, covering a variety of products and software. The primary offering covers Automation Systems, Building Management Systems (BMS), and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS), working with both hyperscale and co-location data centre owners.

What are we looking for?

• Data Centre industry experience isn’t necessary. The candidate will be trained on the specifics of each project.
• All we ask is that the candidates have strong experience in programming PLCs (any brand is fine, but Siemens or Allen Bradley would be ideal).
• Fluent in English and holding an EU passport (due to frequent EU-travel).

Salary range:

From €60K to €75K fixed salary, with opportunities for additional bonuses and benefits.

Travel:

Up to 50% of the time across the EU during busy periods.

Location:

You will split your time working from home or on customer sites.
