Frankland Automation has recently partnered with a leading global automation manufacturer to find a Global Industry Director – Mobile Hydraulics. This strategic role is pivotal in shaping and executing the company’s global approach to the Mobile Hydraulics market.
In this role, you will define and implement the global industry strategy for the Plastics segment, ensuring alignment across subsidiaries in marketing, customer engagement, and business direction. Reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, your insights will directly influence the company’s global success in this key market.
Our client is a renowned name in the industrial automation sector, known for its excellent reputation, premium products, and unwavering commitment to quality. They have enjoyed successive year over year growth and have a very positive outlook for the next few years.
Location: We are flexible on location, but the preference is to have a candidate in Northern Italy, close to Milan.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in the mobile hydraulics market – Either selling to this industry, or working in it at an OEM!
- Strong leadership experience
- International sales experience
- Language Skills: Fluent English required; Italian proficiency is a significant advantage.
- Flexibility: Willingness to travel globally.
- Driver’s License.
