We’re hiring: Robotics Training Instructor

Location: Coventry

Salary: £45,000–£55,000 plus company profit share scheme, typically equivalent to one month’s salary and benefits

Contract: Permanent, full-time

A globally leading robotics and factory automation manufacturer is looking for an experienced robotics engineer to join its technical training team.

This opportunity is ideally suited to someone from industry with at least 4 years of hands-on experience working with industrial robots. Previous training experience is helpful but not essential—we’re looking for strong technical knowledge, confidence and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.

The role includes:

• Delivering practical and classroom-based robotics training to employees, customers, and partners
• Teaching robot operation, programming, commissioning, optimisation and maintenance
• Preparing training equipment and developing course materials
• Coaching customers and employees in safe working practices
• Supporting customer visits, exhibitions and industry events

You will need:

• Hands-on industrial robotics experience
• Robot programming and commissioning expertise
• An HNC/HND, degree or equivalent engineering qualification
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• A genuine passion for robotics and automation
