Solution Consultant – Smart Manufacturing (Germany – Remote)

The Role

As a Solution Consultant, you’ll be at the forefront of digital transformation for global manufacturing clients. You will:

• Engage with customers to understand their challenges and design and sell integrated OT-IT solutions
• Work across industries including manufacturing, automotive, consumer goods, medical devices, and pharmaceuticals
• Manage projects (from a sales and customer relationship perspective) from proof of concept to full-scale implementation
• Collaborate closely with partner companies and internal engineering teams to deliver measurable value

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in proposal sales or consulting for B2B industrial/manufacturing solutions
• Experience bridging OT and IT technologies (e.g., PLC, SCADA, MES, cloud, data analytics)
• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, quality, and production optimisation
• Ability to manage international projects and communicate effectively in English
