Frankland Automation is partnering with a large, innovative European automation manufacturer to find a Regional Sales Manager. This fully remote position will focus on driving sales of industrial automation products across Munster and Leinster, including drives, motion control, robotics, and PLCs.

In this role, you’ll use a hybrid sales approach, selling both directly and through distributors based on the customer and application needs. The region has shown strong performance with consistent year-on-year growth, and they are now ready to bring on a dedicated full-time sales professional to continue that momentum.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience selling automation solutions/products to manufacturers.
• Based in the Munster or Leinster area.
• Irish citizen (we cannot offer sponsorship or support stamp 4 candidates).
• Comfortable working remotely.

Salary & Benefits:

• €70K – €90K DOE, plus bonus (approx. 2 months).
• Company car (€1,000/month), 24 days holiday, pension, health insurance, phone, laptop, and disability insurance.
