Title: Inside Sales Engineer

Location: Dublin, 2-3 days in the office, the rest from home.

Salary: €40K – €45K plus benefits

Frankland Automation is looking for an Inside Sales Engineer for a global multi-billion-euro automation manufacturer. This entry-level role suits a technically-minded candidate looking to grasp sales fundamentals in the automation world. In addition to extensive technical training, you’ll be enrolled in a two-year sales training program, which will give you the skills to engage customers effectively, build relationships, and ultimately sell automation solutions to a broad range of sectors.

Progression is built into the position, with the business having a well-known ability to build high performers who go on to have fantastic careers in the industrial automation sector.

What are we looking for:

• Based in Dublin. We cannot sponsor for this role.
• Engineering background (A degree isn’t essential, but is preferred).
• Dynamic, adaptable, curious.
• A sales mindset.
