Frankland Automation, a global recruitment company, has been exclusively contracted to source a new Country General Manager (South Korea) for a globally leading robotics and automation manufacturer. The role entails full administrative responsibility for the South Korean business, leading a multidisciplinary team covering sales, marketing, engineering, finance, and HR. Supported by the global HQ, you will set and implement the local strategy. The success or failure of the local business ultimately falls on your shoulders!

Location: Seoul

Title: General Manager / Managing Director

Salary Range: Up to 135M KRW, plus bonus and benefits

Start Date: As soon as possible

• A hands-on, sales-oriented candidate from the industrial automation industry
• A strong leader; this role could also suit a Sales Manager / Sales Director type profile looking to step up
• Fluent in Korean and English
• Based in the Greater Seoul area
• Experience working in a multinational company would be preferable
