We’re hiring on behalf of a global leader in power transmission and automation technologies. This is a $50–60M revenue operation, part of a 5,000+ employee organisation, and home to one of the best staff retention rates I’ve seen anywhere in the industry.
The local Canadian team comprises over 100 employees, is stable, well-established, and continues to grow.
They’re now looking for an Inside Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 handling inbound technical enquiries.
What’s the job?
When a customer sends in an enquiry—by phone, email, or web—you’ll be leading the team that configures the product, prepares the quote, and coordinates follow-up (including delivery timelines, plant availability, etc.). Some requests are quick; others are more complex and need detailed product selection and internal coordination.
You’ll work closely with logistics and engineering teams, making sure everything flows smoothly between the customer, the sales team, and the wider organisation.
What we are looking for:
- Leadership (or supervisory) experience in an inside sales or technical sales support environment
- Strong experience with SAP (essential)
- Ideally – A background in the automation or power transmission sectors
- Comfortable managing quoting processes and technical configurations
- Able to learn a broad, modular product range
- Someone happy being in the office 5 days a week, based in the GTA
