We’re supporting a globally recognised automation brand in the appointment of a Business Development Manager for their newest product line – a next-generation programmable automation platform designed to reshape the company’s future automation offering.

This is a strategic global position with high levels of internal visibility. You’ll report directly to group-level leadership and play a critical role in the commercial success of a brand-new suite of PLC, HMI, Edge, and Cloud automation products.

Why This Role?

What You’ll Do:

  • Build a 3-year business plan including revenue targets and investment forecasts.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in selling automation technology, ideally PLCs or HMI-based solutions.
  • Strong commercial and technical mindset with consultative selling skills.

  • Willing and able to commute regularly to the Brescia region (on-site collaboration is critical).
  • Confident, collaborative and comfortable engaging with C-level stakeholders.

If you have a passion for automation and want to shape the direction of an innovative global product line, we’d love to hear from you.
