Regional Sales Manager – Sensors
Location: Remote. Preferably in the Greater Toronto Area.
We’re partnering with a globally recognized leader in the sensors and automation industry (name confidential) to find a motivated Sales Representative. This company is celebrated for its ground breaking solutions, advanced connected technology, and commitment to R&D.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand sales in a thriving territory, currently generating $1M annually through direct clients and distributors.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, fostering strong relationships with customers to drive revenue.
- Work closely with distribution partners to optimize market presence.
About You:
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience with an automation manufacturer.
- Demonstrated success in managing and developing a regional territory.
- Based in or around Cambridge, ON (including Guelph, Kitchener, Brantford, Burlington, Hamilton).
- Self-driven and goal-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Engineering degree required.
- Must be eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship and able to travel to the US.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary up to $95,000.
- $10,000 annual bonus (split into quarterly payments).
- $5,000 profit-sharing opportunity.
- Car allowance of $750 per month.
