Job Title: Senior Software Engineer – Industrial Automation (DACH Region)
Location: Bavaria, Germany (Remote).

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in C#to join their Control and Automation team in the DACH region. This role is pivotal in driving the growth of their Industrial Automation Business Unit by developing cutting-edge software solutions for industrial machinery manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enhance C# application software for industrial machinery and automation systems.
- Analyze customer requirements and design robust software architectures.
- Implement complex algorithms and business logic to optimize automation processes.
- Ensure high product quality and readiness through automated testing (unit tests, API tests).
- Conduct software testing and functional validation directly with customers on-site.
- Collaborate with international teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.
- Participate in regular team and sales meetings, utilizing CRM systems and MS Office for collaboration.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Several years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing C# software applications using .NET and WPF.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies, clean code principles, design patterns, and code metrics.
- Knowledge of the following tools/frameworks is a plus: Jira, SQLite/Micro-ORM, NuGet packages, REST API.
- Strong technical understanding of industrial automation and machinery processes.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Class B driving license with a willingness to travel within the region.
