Channel Sales Specialist

You’ll be responsible for several critical distributors, each generating between £250K – £5M, across a variety of industries. Your role will involve coaching, training, and driving sales directly at the distributors, ensuring they have the tools and motivation to succeed in selling our product. You’ll also be driving demand directly at the end user sites, giving a two-pronged approach that keeps you engaged on both sides!

The salary range for this position is between £50K – £55K, plus bonus, commission, car, and a comprehensive set of benefits.
Location: Based from home. The candidate should be based in the North of the UK, within reach of the M62 corridor. There will be regular training in the office in Northampton to begin with.
What are we looking for?
- Demonstrated multi-year sales success selling through distributors in the UK market
- Good understanding of the industrial automation or process instrumentation market
- Ideally based within driving distance of Northampton
- Does not require sponsorship to work/live in the UK. International relocation is not available for this position.
