Sales Representative – Automation & Sensors

Location: Cambridge, ON (including Guelph, Kitchener, Brantford, Burlington, and Hamilton)

Frankland Automation is excited to partner with a leading global manufacturer in the sensors and automation industry (name confidential) to recruit a dynamic Sales Representative. This company is renowned for its innovative solutions, cutting-edge connected technology, and continuous investment in R&D.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales in the assigned territory, already generating $1M in sales across both direct clients and distributors.
  • Identify new opportunities, develop strong customer relationships, and drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate closely with distribution partners to maximize market reach.

About You:

  • 3+ years of sales experience with an automation manufacturer.
  • Proven track record in managing and developing a regional territory.
  • Based in or near the Cambridge, ON area (Guelph, Kitchener, Brantford, Burlington, Hamilton).
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Engineering degree.
  • Able to live and work in Canada without sponsorship.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Base salary up to $95,000
  • $10,000 bonus (paid quarterly)
  • Profit sharing of $5,000
  • Car allowance of $750/month
  • Comprehensive benefits package
