Sales Director
Frankland Automation has recently been exclusively engaged by one of France’s premium distributors of industrial automation technologies in the search for a new Sales Director. Reporting directly to the CEO, your role will hold full responsibility for all things commercial, including sales, marketing, team leadership, strategy, and P&L. With 35 years of experience selling in the French market, you’ll be joining a known brand with a strong recognition across the local manufacturing markets.
Other responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing a sales and marketing strategy for the business.
- Effective leadership of the team, with a focus on effective onboarding, coaching and development.
- Managing relationships with partners, suppliers, and customers.
- Working closely with the CEO to drive the company in a positive direction.
What are we looking for?
- A natural borne leader with strong commercial acumen
- Ample sales experience in the French industrial automation market
- Fluent in French and English
- Located within commutable distance of Lyon, France
